Step-by-Step Return Process
Returning an item is as straightforward as installing our clear cam gear covers:
1. Initiate Your Return

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day (as fast as our order processing), you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Return address (966 Stroop Hill Road, Atlanta, US 30309)
3. Package & Ship Your Return
Pack items with the same care we use for our bearings and bodywork components:
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Securely package to prevent damage (like we do with our caliper & exhaust paint)
- Include the RMA number clearly on the package
- Ship via trackable method (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same precision as our cooling system inspections):
- Refund Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment form (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (like swapping belts for different sizes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items
Certain performance components cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, similar to industry standards for additives & accessories:
- Opened Additives & Acc products
- Custom-fabricated BMW Body Kits or Arch Extensions
- Special order Camshafts & Pulleys
- Used Catch Cans or Canards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your downpipe & decats or other components arrive damaged (which is as rare as our quality control allows):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange replacement shipping at our cost
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs documentation must mark as “Returned Goods”
- Allow extra time for international transit
