Standard Shipping: The Performance Option

• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Cost: $12.95 USD
• Tracking: Full tracking provided

Free Shipping: The Efficient Cruiser

• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
• Tracking: Basic tracking available

Order Processing: All orders undergo our 24-point quality check (like our bearings and camshafts) within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like we stand behind our crash bars – with uncompromising strength. Our 15-day return policy gives you time to inspect your bonnet strut kits or dash 20 components with the same attention to detail we apply in our manufacturing.

Return Process: Precision Engineered

1. Initiate Your Return
   Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
   • Order number
   • Product name (e.g., “Arch extensions” or “Caliper & exhaust paint”)
   • Reason for return
   • Exchange or refund preference
2. Receive Return Authorization
   Within 1 business day (as fast as our order processing), you’ll get:
   • RMA number
   • Return instructions

3. Package & Ship
   Pack items with the care we use for bodywork components:
   • Include all original packaging (like our clear cam gear covers)
   • Secure to prevent damage (we know fragile items like canards)
   • Mark RMA number clearly
   • Use trackable shipping (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
4. Refund Processing
   After inspection (with our cooling system precision):
   • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after approval
   • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
   • Email confirmation sent when processed

Exchange Process

Need different belts sizes or alternative accessories & fittings?

• Follow standard return process
• Clearly state desired replacement
• We ship new item after receiving return
• Price differences will be adjusted

Non-Returnable Items

Certain high-performance components can’t be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, just like industry standards for additives & accessories:

• Opened Additives & Acc products
• Custom BMW Body Kits or Arch Extensions
• Special order Camshafts & Pulleys
• Used Catch Cans or Canards

Damaged Items

If your downpipe & decats arrive damaged (as rare as our QC allows):

• Contact us within 3 days
• Provide photos of damage
• We arrange replacement at our cost

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

• Return shipping at customer’s expense
• Customs documents must mark as “Returned Goods”
• Allow extra transit time
